royalpartyshop.com is the online store for displaying and distributing products through the website of the company "Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E".

Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E., has 3 websites:

www.royalpartyshop.com : the royalpartyshop is open both for the public as a retail webstore and as a wholesale webstore for our reseller clients. royalpartyshop.com makes worldwide shipping.

https://boutiquepartyshop.gr : the boutiquepartyshop.gr is only a retail webstore. boutiquepartyshop.gr make deliveries only in Greece.

https://bachelorparty.shop : the bachelorparty.shop is our webstore dedicated on bachelor/ette and wedding party supplies. Through bcahelorparty.shop we also organize for you unique bachelor and bachelorette events.

Every user / customer who enters and makes use of the e-shop services automatically consents and accepts the following terms and conditions.

Buying and Ordering Guide

Find the products that interest you through the search engines or from the various thematic pages.

For the product you wish to purchase, click the shopping cart icon and the product is automatically added to your shopping cart, just as it would in a physical store.

This is updated every time you place a new product in the cart. If you change your mind about a product you have chosen, you can simply remove it by tapping the 'delete' button on your shopping cart.

You can change the content of your shopping cart at any time and complete your order.

Once you have completed your purchases, click Finish. At this point, you will be asked to fill in your personal information step by step, and the payment method.

N.B.: For purchases over € 299.00 you will need to choose a payment method by bank deposit or card payment.

Although we are not allowed to receive telephone orders on the basis of personal data protection, we are at your disposal to guide you through each step until the completion of your online order, if you are experiencing any difficulty.

Upon completion of your order, you will automatically receive an email with the order number / code in the next few minutes. (If you do not receive the above message then your order is not completed).

You have an obligation to keep track of your e-mail from the time you complete your order, until it is received.

The tracking of your order, any clarifications, any changes to it, are always made by email.

Payment methods

You can choose between simple receipts or invoices. In the case of an invoice, please carefully check the details given to us, the VAT number and the tax office are required.

There are 3 different payment methods for your order.

1-Bank Deposit (for Greece, Cyprus and Other Countries)

The email confirming your order also lists the available bank accounts at 2 alternative banks.

In the case of a deposit, the name which you used to complete your order, as well as the number / code of your order, must be stated.

In the event of remittance (rather than deposit or intra-bank transfer), the user / customer is charged with total costs (both of his own Banking institution and that of the beneficiary of the remittance) so that the final amount after the remittance costs of both banks, corresponds to the total order, so in the billing options given by the Bank you should select “OUR”.

Also, if deposited from another bank, your order will only be shipped when the amount has cleared in our account.

Lastly, you should deposit the money ONLY when you receive the confirmation email that your order is complete, along with the final amount which may change depending on the volume of your order (see "Shipping and Billing" section).

If the deposit is not completed within 2 business days of receiving the confirmation email, your order will be automatically canceled.

2-Cash On Delivery (Greece Only)

Cash on delivery is an option only for orders within Greece.

By selecting the COD option, your order will be paid in cash.

The cost of EUR 2.90 is additionally charged to the customer.

N.B.: Before completing your order, make sure it is correct. Do not make frivolous orders.

Your refusal to accept the parcel means:

VAT 24% will be charged to you for the order you made

Duplicate charge of shipping for your parcel (if the parcel will be returned to us)

Weather you receive your parcel or not, our company will incur the above charges.

3-Payment by card (GREECE Only)

You can pay by debit or credit card (except Diners and American Express).

The amount of the order will be held until your order is executed. Only upon completion of your orders we will charge the amount on your card.



Packages are shipped via Courier Center and Speedex.

Shipping cost is € 3.60 for the whole of Greece, with parcels up to 4 kg (the weight is calculated either by actual weight or by measuring. The greater measurement takes precedence over the two).

If the weight exceeds 4 kg, before we place your order, we will inform you of the new shipping cost.

Free shipping

For purchases over € 69.00 (amount corresponding to products) shipping is free.

If your parcel exceeds 4kg, you are only charged the difference (i.e. the cost for 4kg or more).

Delivery time

Delivery time is calculated from the time your order is completed.

When you finalize and complete the order, you receive an email informing you of the order.

On the same day you will receive a second email informing you of the bill of landing with which you can track the parcel's route through the carrier's website.

In the provinces, there are the so-called inaccessible areas. If you reside in any of them, you may receive your parcel up to 5 business days after completing your order.

In areas where the parcel cannot be dispatched via courier services, the shipping time is the one provided by Hellenic Post.

Caution: Weekends and Holidays are not counted as weekdays.

For Cyprus, we work with SkyNET.

There are 2 shipping options

Cyprus Express, shipping costs EUR 11.50 for parcels up to 2 kg (either actual or volumetric), with an additional charge of EUR 4.90 per extra kilo.

In Cyprus Express, the delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Cyprus Economy, shipping cost is 9.45 euros for parcels up to 2 kg (either actual or volumetric), with an extra charge of 2.95 euros per extra kilo.

In Cyprus Economy, the delivery time is 7 to 10 business days

Other Countries

The Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E. carries out daily shipments around the world.

No orders will be paid upon registration.

The order management department calculates the volume of the order and, based on the country where the parcel is to be shipped, it will calculate the shipping cost. You will then receive an email with the final cost of the order (including shipping costs), which you will be able to pay through bank deposit.

Below you will find an indicative table with minimum charges in some countries, as well as delivery time.

Caution: For outside Greece, Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E. bears no responsibility for any additional charges that may be charged to our customer upon entry of the parcel or parcels into his country.

Any additional charges are borne by the customer.

Each country has its own regulations, so consult your tax office first

N.B.: We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes or extreme weather conditions.

Pick up from the store

Upon completion of your order, in the 'shipping methods' field, you are given the option to pick up your order from the 'Glyfada store', “Kallithea Store”.

In this case you will pay your order at the store you have chosen, either by cash or card.

Note: Once you have completed your order, you have 2 business days to receive your order. Otherwise the products of your order are released and your order is automatically canceled.

Price of Products Sold

Final prices include VAT 24%.

Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E. reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.

Online prices may differ from the prices of physical stores.

Online prices apply only to purchases through our online store.


Always read product descriptions.

Colors may vary from the actual color / hue. Each screen, depending on the color analysis available, shows different colors. In addition, the same company can take a photo of the product that has a difference in color.

Product descriptions indicate dimensions, color and type of products.


All balloons available for sale in our online store are inflatable.

The balloons purchased from our online store can be inflated with helium in one of our physical stores.

The inflating is extra charge, based on the type and size of the balloon.


Product Availability

Products that do not have the 'out of stock' mark are available.

However, you may be able to order a product that appears to be available, but ultimately it might not be.

How does this happen?

The products are not removed from the system upon completion of your order, but as soon as your order document is issued.

So when the user / customer completes their order, the products they have selected are withheld and, once the order is executed, they are removed from the system.

If then the user / customer has chosen the preferred method of payment, the document may be issued up to 2 days later.

This may sometimes create deficiencies that the user / customer may not be aware of. But this does not happen often and we try to minimize it by significantly increasing our stock.

So if there is a shortage in your order, we always inform you about it and then you have the following 3 options:

Replace the missing product with another code. 

We inform you of the date of arrival of the product, so if you wish we can postpone your order for a few days.

We proceed with your order with the other available products.

Product returns

After unpacking, no change / refund is possible.

To avoid your own discomfort, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products as soon as you receive your parcel to identify any obvious defects (broken item or wrong item).

If you desire to return the products you purchased (broken merchandise or incorrect item) contact us by email following your order history.

In no other case will the products be returned / changed.

Returns of products are made up to 3 days after receiving your order. After 3 days you lose your refund.

Note: Please always read the product description carefully to avoid misunderstandings.

Liability of Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events Ε.Ε.

Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E. is not responsible for the defects of the products available to its customers.

All products are packaged by our suppliers.

If, however, a defective product is found in the quantities delivered, you reserve the right for a refund or replacement.


During your visit to www.royalpartyshop.com and in order to use our services and to ensure the ability to communicate with you, you will be asked to provide personal information.

The personal data you provide is for the sole purpose of safeguarding the operation of the respective service and may not be used by any third party, for the protection of the processing of personal data.

The personal data you submit to our online store is used exclusively by Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E. to support, promote and execute the business relationship.

Modification of Terms

Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E. reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of trading at any time. Therefore, you have the responsibility to regularly read the applicable terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content of www.royalpartyshop.com, such as distinctive titles, labels, photos, design, etc. are the intellectual property of Boutique Party Shop & Youpi Party Events E.E. and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European Law, as well as by International Conventions.


Any action taken to cause harm to our systems, content, components and website in general, as well as any action intended to harm our interests, name, reputation, customer, honor and reputation, constitute, among others, criminal offenses, and give us the right to take any lawful action against those responsible, for the protection of our interests.

Applicable Law

Transactions through the online store www.royalpartyshop.com will be governed by Greek law.

The Athens Courts are solely responsible for resolving any dispute arising from these terms and conditions and sales through the online store.
